- AESA: Science & Language Mobility Scheme Africa - offers travel grants for short-term visits to researchers in Franco and Anglophone Africa in either direction (directed at specific institutes) - 25 May 2018
- UKRI: Future Leaders Fellowships - for UK and international early career researchers - 7 Jun 2018
- AESA: Africa-India Mobility Fund - to fund short-term visits of up to 3 months for African or Indian researchers to travel in either direction - ongoing
